This 8" Hollow Ground Chef’s Knife, sometime referred to as the French Knife or Cook’s Knife, is an all-purpose knife used for chopping, slicing, and mincing. The tapered blade curves up at the tip to facilitate the rocking motion that is used when chopping and mincing.
