One of the suspended balls came off upon hanging...tiny screw was stripped. Had to glue it back on.

I was excited about getting this product until I saw the paint job. I would have sent it back but did not want to go through the hassel of re-packaging and returning it. This product would be great if the paint job was more professionally done. It almost look like a child painted it(My 7 and 13yr old neices agreed). The good thing is that I have it over my fireplace in my game room so you would need a stepstool to see the paint job.
