Firmness can be adjusted by removing pellets for a softer feel. Filling is contained in a zippered pouch to remove or add back stuffing as you like. Larger dogs may require decreasing stuffing, depending on their needs.

The bed looks nice and the material would probably be easy to clean. However, the bean bag filling is horrible. The bed is very hard and not at all comfortable. My dog won't go anywhere near it. The price is way too high for what you get. Go with a more traditional and comfortable bed for your dog.
