I bought this for my 7 yr. old son because he loves to exercise. He needed something to do while inside on rainy days. Our whole family plays on it. It was meant to be just for him but the rest of us that are in our mid 40s love it just as much as the kids. I need a few more! We also had our friends try it and they like it too. It"s too fun to be considered exercize even though it gives you a verry good workout.
