Your pool table will be delivered by our contracted White Glove Delivery Carrier. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so that you can track the progress of your order. Our carrier will contact you by telephone 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to make a delivery appointment. The carrier will provide White Glove Service at the time of delivery. White Glove Service includes delivery into the room of your choice, unpacking of the merchandise, and disposal of the packaging.
Please note the carrier does not provide full installation and leveling service for pool tables at the time of delivery. If you would like to purchase installation and leveling, you will need to contact our preferred pool table installer in your area, after your pool table has been delivered, to schedule an appointment. Please note that because an additional appointment is required for installation and leveling, the delivery appointment and the installation appointment will not take place on the same day.
You will be provided with the contact information for our preferred network of installers with the receipt of your purchase.
